Leasing companies inspect against fair wear and tear guidelines, usually the BVRLA guide. Light marks from normal use are accepted. Scuffed bumpers, dents, kerbed alloys, deep scratches and stone chip clusters are not, and each is charged at the leasing company's rate.

Bumper scuffs, door dings, kerbed alloys, scratches through the colour, and small resprays where a panel has taken more than its share. Everything is colour matched, blended and finished in the booth, so the repair is indistinguishable from the original paint.
Send us photos of every mark and we will tell you which ones fall within fair wear and tear and are not worth repairing. You will always get an honest opinion, and with 22 years in the trade we know where that line sits.

Return charges are set by the leasing company and are rarely generous. Putting the marks right first, in a booth, by a team that does this every day, also means no surprises on the invoice and no argument at handover.

We do end of lease work for private drivers and for the dealers and fleet operators we look after, including cars returning in batches. Our Fleet Vehicle Repairs page explains how that works.

Most cars come back with a handful of small marks, so we plan the job to be done in a single visit. Bumper corners and roof pillars can often be localised rather than painting the whole panel, and light scratches can sometimes be polished rather than repainted.
We go over the car in good light, confirm which marks need repairing, and agree the work with you first.
Colour is mixed to your paint code and checked on a test card in daylight before we commit.
Each repair is blended into the surrounding panel, then flatted and polished so it matches the rest of the car.
We sit just off the A11 and A14, and customers drive to us from roughly a twenty five mile radius, including Mildenhall, Newmarket, Thetford, Brandon, Stowmarket, Haverhill, Sudbury, Ely and Cambridge.
Send photos of each mark to 07939 755264 on WhatsApp, with your return date, for a free, no obligation quote.
We tell you which marks are worth repairing and which fall within fair wear and tear.
Book the car in well before the return date and we will give you a realistic timeframe for the work.
One scuffed bumper? The Bumper Scuffs page covers it. Alloys the main problem? See Alloy Wheel Refurbishment. Otherwise, send the photos to 07939 755264 for an honest opinion. We do not judge, we just fix it.

Anything outside fair wear and tear. Scuffed bumpers, dents, kerbed alloys, scratches through the paint and clusters of stone chips are the usual ones, while light marks from normal use are accepted.
Usually, yes. Return charges tend to be higher than a proper repair for the same mark. Send us photos and we will quote for free, and say honestly if any mark is not worth repairing.
As soon as you know the return date. That gives us room to book the car in and get everything done without a rush, and we will give you a realistic timeframe when we quote.
Yes. Kerbed alloys are one of the most common return charges and one of the more straightforward things to put right. We refurbish the wheel to match the original finish, in the same visit as the bodywork.
A proper repair, colour matched and blended in a booth, is indistinguishable from the original finish, which is what the inspector is looking at. We cannot speak for any leasing company, but we repair to the standard of the factory paint.
Yes, and that is how most end of lease jobs go. Send photos of everything, we quote for the lot, and the car comes in once and goes back ready for inspection.
Lease and PCP returns come to us from Cambridge, Newmarket, Haverhill, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds. Book a couple of weeks before the collection date so there is time for the paint to cure properly. Every town we cover is on the areas we serve page.
