SMART stands for Small and Medium Area Repair Technique: only the damaged area is worked rather than the whole panel, which makes it quicker and cheaper and suits car park damage almost perfectly. It is not right for bonnets, roofs or damage across more than one panel. At that scale a full panel respray is the honest answer, and we will say so when we quote.
